Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct ground training sessions for aviation students, focusing on subjects such as airport operations, customer service, and safety procedures.

- Develop and deliver lesson plans to meet DGCA requirements and industry standards.

- Provide individualized coaching and mentoring to students to improve their performance and knowledge.

- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and assessment results.

- Collaborate with other trainers and instructors to ensure consistency in teaching methods and curriculum delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-5 years of experience in aviation training or a related field (DGCA ground training specialist).

- Bachelor's degree in Aviation (B.Sc), Airline Studies (BBA), or equivalent qualification.

- Solid understanding of aviation fundamentals, regulations, and compliance requirements.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage effectively with diverse groups of people.
