Role: Corporate Action L3

We are looking for professionals with strong experience in Corporate Actions / Corporate Actions Operations within Capital Markets / Investment Banking.

Key Responsibilities

- Scrubbing and setting up Corporate Actions in operating systems.
- Monitoring Corporate Actions across different reliefs and identifying eligible global positions.
- Handling settled and pending trades and SLAB positions.
- Tracking event announcements, forecasts, deadlines and payment dates.
- Managing notifications, bookings and event processing in operating/recording systems.
- Handling different types of Corporate Actions across the overall process.
- Monitoring expected proceeds/results at payment date.
- Investigating and following up on internal and external reconciliation breaks.
- Preparing regular reports and providing updates to management.
- Coordinating with custodians,



domestic agents and internal operational teams.
- Identifying operational risks and following appropriate escalation and control procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with defined procedures and operational controls.

Required Skills

- 57 years of relevant experience in Corporate Actions / Capital Markets Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Corporate Actions lifecycle and financial markets.
- Experience with event processing, eligibility, bookings and reconciliations.
- Exposure to settled/pending trades and position monitoring.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and risk awareness.
- Positive MS Excel skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a global and multicultural environment.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
