We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Manager Business Loans Marketing to drive business loan acquisition, develop new customer relationships, and achieve business growth targets. The candidate will be responsible for leading marketing and sales activities, building a strong customer base, and expanding the companys business loan portfolio.

Role & responsibilities:

- Generate and acquire new business loan customers.
- Develop new business through field marketing, referrals, and customer networks.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Lead the marketing/sales team and achieve monthly business targets.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for smooth loan processing.
- Monitor leads, applications, approvals, and disbursements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
