Role Overview: We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with 14+ years of experience working in dynamic enterprise environments across CRM, ERP, Salesforce, Data Migration, System Integration, and MA initiatives.

Key Requirements:

- 14+ years of overall IT experience, with proven experience in complex CRM/ERP environments and Merger Acquisition (MA) programs.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related Salesforce technologies.
- Proven experience managing data migration projects from legacy CRM platforms to Salesforce, including data mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and migration scope.
- Co-ordinate discovery sessions along with BSAs and Customer business and IT stakeholders to understand current-state processes, identify requirements, dependencies, gaps, and define future-state solutions.
- Partner with Customer IT and Business stakeholders to align requirements, business needs, priorities, and technical solutions.
- Lead or coordinate UAT activities, including test planning, business-user coordination, defect triage, resolution tracking, validation, and UAT sign-off.
- Support testing, data validation, deployment, and cutover activities, ensuring readiness across business, data, application, and integration workstreams.
- Own/coordinate cutover planning and execution,



including detailed cutover plans, dependencies, communication, go/no-go readiness, and issue management.
- Manage the Hypercare period following deployment, coordinating issue resolution, stabilization, business support, and transition to steady-state operations.
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems and ability to assess end-to-end data flows, dependencies, impacts, and migration scope.
- Strong knowledge of system integrations, APIs/interfaces, data flows, and interactions between tightly coupled enterprise applications.
- Ability to analyze complex technical landscapes and arrive at logical, data-driven conclusions and decisions.
- Solid documentation, communication, stakeholder management, and project governance skills.
- Demonstrated servant leadership with the ability to collaborate across business, IT, architecture, development, data, and QA teams.
- Comfortable working in highly dynamic environments with ambiguity, competing priorities, and complex dependencies.
