Recruiter / Senior Recruiter (NON - IT)
Reporting to Sr KAM or Practice Head

- Responsible for entire recruitment cycle ie right from receiving the client requirements till onboarding of candidate
- This involves the entire process understanding JD , strategizing the search process ,sourcing relevant professionals ,screening resumes as per defined job criteria , arranging interviews, soliciting timely feedback & maintaining Client/Candidature information
- Identification of the best sourcing methodologies according to the position Job portals, Candidate reference, Database,talent mapping , Networking,



linkedin ,Head Hunting, etc.
- Negotiating on the offer amount with the candidates and client
- Ensuring candidates joining

Qualification : MBA HR (complete or perusing )

Key skills required :

- Good communication skills

- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Good IQ and EQ
