INBOUND PROCESS (Voice)

Hindi + Bengali: 13,400 CTC | 11,000 In-Hand

Bhojpuri (English/Hindi): 13,400 CTC | 11,000 In-Hand

Maithili (English/Hindi): 13,400 CTC | 11,000 In-Hand

Odia + Hindi: 14,500 CTC | 11,600 In-Hand

English + Hindi/Bengali: 15,000 CTC | 12,600 In-Hand

English + Odia: 15,000 CTC | 12,600 In-Hand

Assamese + Hindi/English/Bengali: 18,000 CTC | 14,600 In-Hand

Shift: 247 rotational, 9 hours, 6 days working (night shifts 9 PM6 AM / 10 PM7 AM)

Female candidates: Day shift, 7 AM–8 PM (any 9 hours)

Assessment: Typing 15/85 | Versant Level 4 (Level 3 for regional languages)

OUTBOUND PROCESS (Sales)

Salary: 15,000 CTC | 12,600 In-Hand

Language: English + Hindi (both mandatory)

Qualification: HS (12th pass)

Shift: No night shift, 9 hours

Working Days:



6 days working, 1 day rotational week off

Timings: Male 8 AM–9 PM | Female 8 AM–8 PM (any 9 hours)

Assessment: Typing 15/85 | Versant Level 4

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

12th pass / graduate

Good communication skills in the required language(s)
