Role Summary:
Responsible for managing all site stores and warehouse activities at the EPC project site. Maintain accurate inventory, ensure proper material availability, recordkeeping, and compliance with project procedures and safety requirements.

What Youll Do:
- Manage day-to-day stores and warehouse operations at the project site
- Receive, inspect, and store materials, equipment, tools, consumables, and spare parts
- Prepare and maintain material receipt, issue, and stock records
- Coordinate with QA/QC for material inspection and acceptance
- Ensure systematic storage, preservation, and proper identification of materials
- Maintain ERP/SAP or inventory management system updates
- Issue and control materials, tools, and equipment to site personnel
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation
- Prepare inventory, shortage, excess, and consumption reports
- Supervise and allocate tasks to stores personnel
- Coordinate with Procurement, Construction, Logistics, and Project teams




- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and proper housekeeping in stores area
- Support audits and maintain all stores-related documentation
- Report material shortages, discrepancies, and damages to management

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- 7-10 years of experience in EPC project site stores/warehouse management
- Knowledge of construction and engineering materials
- Experience in material receiving, inspection coordination, storage, issue, and inventory control
- Familiarity with MRN/MRR, Material Requisition, Material Issue/Return Slips, and stock reconciliation
- Experience using ERP/SAP or other inventory management systems
- Strong documentation, reporting, and recordkeeping skills
- Supervisory and team management abilities
- Understanding of safe material handling and preservation practices
- Ability to coordinate with multiple project teams
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
