Own customer onboarding and platform configuration, translating enterprise requirements into a practical

implementation scope and distinguishing essential needs from initial requests.

- Build and configure integrations connecting customer identity systems and data sources; validate end-to-end

workflows in the customer environment.

- Develop and ship features across web applications and backend services. Diagnose bugs, implement fixes, and

verify changes through appropriate testing.

- Run customer user acceptance testing (UAT): coordinate test cycles, triage and prioritize findings, resolve issues,

and prepare releases for customer sign-off.

- Work directly with customer business, IT, and security teams through calls, demonstrations, and implementation

discussions; communicate progress and capture feedback clearly.

- Deliver customer training and maintain implementation documentation and troubleshooting guides so users can

operate the product confidently.

- Own L1 support for day-to-day questions, configuration issues, and small fixes,



and L3 support for complex

defects requiring codebase investigation, reproduction, and resolution.

- Coordinate with the Platform Reliability & Security Engineer on L2 infrastructure escalations and release rollout,

ensuring fixes are validated in the relevant customer environment.

What you will bring

- Solid full-stack development experience across frontend and backend systems, ideally with TypeScript and

Node.js.

- Enterprise implementation or onboarding experience covering requirements discovery, scope, and

configuration.

- Experience running or supporting UAT and prioritizing customer-reported issues under delivery deadlines.
- Solid customer-facing communication skills, with a willingness to lead calls, explain technical issues, and train

users.

- Ability to solve ambiguous problems and unfamiliar customer-specific integration or configuration challenges

independently.
