Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain renewal pricing and actuarial analyses for Commercial Lines portfolios.
• Analyze renewal retention, rate adequacy, profitability, premium and loss ratio trends.
• Support pricing model testing, validation, implementation and monitoring.
• Work closely with actuarial, underwriting, product and technology teams.
• Conduct portfolio reviews, trend analysis, segmentation and profitability assessment.
• Support pricing governance, regulatory requirements, rate reviews and model validation.
• Prepare actuarial reports, pricing recommendations and management presentations.
• Contribute to pricing models, rating algorithms and renewal optimization initiatives.

Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience in Commercial P&C; actuarial pricing, renewal analytics, portfolio management or predictive modelling.
• Exposure to US Commercial Lines such as BOP, CPP, Commercial Auto, Workers’ Compensation or General Liability.
• Robust understanding of actuarial pricing, rate indications, loss cost modelling, retention and profitability analysis.
• Experience with HX Renew or similar insurance pricing/rating platforms is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and at least one of Python,



SAS, R, SQL or VBA.
• Actuarial examination progress through IAI, IFOA, CAS or another recognized actuarial body.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills
