Job Overview

Incobist is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, building robust relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.

Roles Responsibilities

Generate and qualify new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online research

Conduct cold calling and connect with potential clients

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions

Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects

Manage regular follow-ups and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

Build relationships with founders, business owners, and decision-makers

Prepare proposals and support negotiations and deal closures

Maintain lead and client information in the CRM

Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding

Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills





Confident in cold calling and client conversations

Good negotiation and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of B2B sales and lead generation

Target-oriented and self-motivated

Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups

Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are welcome

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
