Designs and runs controlled chaosfaultinjection experiments on critical services eg Kubernetes microservices to validate resilience with clear guardrails blast radius rollbackstop conditions and measurable outcomes against SLOs

Deep production engineering capability troubleshoots complex distributed systems issues across Kubernetes and cloud platforms GCP preferred and implements reliability patterns to reduce incident risk and recovery time

Drives resilience adoption across teams by leading GameDays strengthening observability metricslogstraces identifying systemic weaknesses and owning remediation actions through to closure

Core requirements musthave

1Chaos Engineering leadership handson Proven experience designing and running faultinjectionchaos experiments at scale able to define guardrails and drive adoption across teams





2Kubernetes expertise Robust handson experience operating and troubleshooting Kubernetes in production environments

3Cloud GCP preferred Solid cloudnative engineering experience GCPGKE preferred

4Resilience observability Strong distributed systems resilience mindset deep observability experience metricslogstraces experience running GameDays and driving remediation
