Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day pharmacy counter sales and customer interactions.
- Assist customers in identifying medicines as per valid prescriptions and pharmacy requirements.
- Maintain good knowledge of generic medicines, medicine names, and basic product information.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate assistance within the scope of the role.
- Conduct customer calling and follow-up regarding orders, requirements, or other pharmacy-related matters.
- Maintain sales-related records and basic reports using MS Excel.
- Perform basic computer operations required for billing, record keeping,



and daily pharmacy activities.
- Coordinate with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth counter operations.
- Maintain proper customer service standards and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Support day-to-day pharmacy operations as required.
