Role & responsibilities

- 3+ years experience supporting production enterprise applications and integrations; experience in a production support or application developer role.
- Hands-on .NET development experience (C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, .NET Framework and/or .NET Core).
- Practical front-end experience: HTML5 and CSS3 (responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, basic accessibility).
- Experience with PowerBuilder (PowerScript, DataWindow/DataStore) or willingness to learn quickly for legacy support tasks.
- Solid MSSQL skills (T-SQL, stored procedures, SQL Agent job management, performance troubleshooting).
- Practical experience with middleware/ESB tooling (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, IBM MQ, TIBCO or similar) and API integration patterns.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud integrations (REST/SOAP/Bulk APIs, Platform Events) or equivalent CRM integrations.
- Experience with Avalara or other tax integration services is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Windows Server and IIS administration (including older versions such as Windows Server 2012R2).
