Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers through phone calls, emails, and meetings.
- Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and provide solutions using gear motors & Gear Box from various manufacturers.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, engineering) to resolve customer issues and improve product knowledge.
- Develop solid relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing timely assistance.
- Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling of products based on customer requirements.
