Key Responsibilities

- Ensure robust technical knowledge of plastic processing, particularly for automotive and white-goods plastic components.
- Handle mould and machine setting, including process parameter setting and optimization.
- Monitor and control the production process to improve cycle time, maximize machine utilization, and enhance productivity.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, analyze defects, identify root causes, and prepare and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Prepare, maintain, and implement Process Sheets, Work Instructions (WI), and OJT training materials.
- Maintain accurate production and quality documentation, including daily production reports, rejection reports, and ERP records.
- Coordinate effectively with Quality, Tool Room, Maintenance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations.
- Ensure implementation and sustenance of 5S, Kaizen, visual management, and continuous improvement practices on the shop floor.
- Drive improvements in process efficiency, productivity, quality, and machine utilization through systematic problem-solving and process optimization.
