JOB DESCRIPTION
-Bachelors or Masters in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
-10+ yrs of Managerial Candidate with positive embedded automation and client facing experience.
-Strong proficiency in Python and pytest framework.
-Hands-on experience with motor control algorithms (6-step commutation, BLDC, PMSM).
-Deep knowledge of communication protocols (I2C, UART, SPI, CAN).
-Hardware expertise with STM, XMC, and similar controllers.
-Experienced in schematic design and reading
-Methodologies: Proven track record of managing projects using Agile methodologies.
-Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
-Strong understanding of motor control principles (BLDC, PMSM, AC/DC motors).
-Experience with embedded C/C++, Python, RTOS, and microcontroller architectures.
-Work with oscilloscopes,



logic analyzers, and motor test benches.
-Track, analyze, and report defects using tools like JIRA or similar.
-Familiarity with hardware debugging tools and communication protocols.
-Experience in automotive or industrial motor control applications.
-Prior experience in MAGTROL is a big plus.
