Job Highlights:

We are looking for a Web Developer with strong front-end development expertise to design, develop, maintain, and enhance responsive websites and web pages. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3, working knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery, and hands-on experience with CMS platforms and Adobe Photoshop.

- Manage and resolve web development and CMS-related IT tickets within agreed turnaround times.
- Maintain and update client websites and CMS portals based on business and client requirements.
- Make content, layout, styling, navigation, and functional updates using HTML5 and CSS3.
- Perform front-end modifications and enhancements using JavaScript and jQuery.
- Manage website content, pages, forms, images, links, and other components through CMS platforms.
- Work with WordPress, Joomla, Crown Peak, or similar enterprise CMS platforms.
- Troubleshoot website/CMS issues and identify appropriate technical solutions.
- Validate changes across browsers and devices before deployment or client submission.
- Use Adobe Photoshop for basic image editing, resizing, cropping, optimisation, and web-ready asset preparation.




- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and clarify technical issues.
- Maintain proper documentation of tickets, changes, fixes, and deployment activities.
- Perform quality checks to ensure website changes are accurate, functional, and aligned with client specifications.
- Follow defined IT, security, access-control, and change-management processes.
- Monitor recurring issues and suggest improvements to reduce ticket volume and improve turnaround time.

- Ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities simultaneously.
- Positive understanding of web publishing and CMS workflows.
- Strong communication skills, particularly when working with global clients.
- Ability to work independently and within defined SLAs/TATs.
- Willingness to work in client-aligned/global shifts, if required.
- Good understanding of website accessibility, responsive design, and basic SEO principles would be an advantage.
