Job Description
Vendor Master Management
- Creation, modification, validation, and periodic review of vendor master data
- MSME follow-ups and compliance
- Addressing audit observations related to Master Data Management (MDM) activities
- Holding/unholding of vendor accounts
- Daily monitoring and updating of emails
- Preparation and maintenance of MDM tracker
Customer Master Management
- Creation, modification, validation, and periodic review of customer master data
- Preparation of customer term sheets in line with contractual agreements
Other Responsibilities
- Creation of item codes, HSN codes, project codes, and bank ledgers within the system
Required Skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Experience working with ERP systems will be considered an added advantage
