Job Overview

Incobist is looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Manager to manage the complete employee lifecycle, strengthen internal processes, and build a productive and professional workplace culture.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee management, payroll coordination, HR policies, performance management, and day-to-day HR operations.

Roles Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment and hiring process

Source, screen, interview, and coordinate with candidates

Manage employee onboarding and offboarding

Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases

Monitor attendance, leaves, working hours, and employee records

Coordinate monthly salary and payroll-related information

Develop and implement HR policies and workplace procedures

Manage employee performance reviews and appraisal processes

Set and monitor employee KPIs and performance objectives with department heads

Handle employee queries, concerns, and workplace issues professionally

Maintain office discipline and ensure adherence to company policies

Plan employee engagement and team-building activities

Manage internship programs and intern performance

Support training and employee development initiatives

Prepare HR reports for management

Work closely with leadership on workforce planning and organizational growth

Requirements





Strong understanding of HR operations and recruitment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience handling employees and workplace situations

Knowledge of attendance, payroll, leave, and performance management

Strong organizational and documentation skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities

Comfortable working in a rapid-paced and growing organization

Qualifications

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field

2-5 years of relevant HR experience

Previous experience in a startup or growing organization will be an advantage
