About the role

You will own analysis workstreams across consulting and software engagements, converting stakeholder needs into traceable requirements, process models and acceptance criteria.

What you will do

- Plan and facilitate discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews.
- Produce BRDs, FRDs, SRS documents, process models and user stories.
- Maintain traceability from business objectives through UAT acceptance.
- Surface scope gaps, dependencies and risks early.

Eligibility and education
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Computer Applications or a related discipline.
- Two or more years in business analysis, process improvement or technology consulting.
- Strong client-facing documentation and facilitation experience.

Required skills
- Requirements elicitation, process modelling and stakeholder management.
- BPMN or UML, user stories, acceptance criteria and UAT support.
- Excellent written communication and document quality.





Valuable to have
- Government, healthcare, finance or regulated-delivery exposure.
- CBAP/ECBA, Scrum or product-discovery certification.
