- Good hands-on experience with Excel/MIS and operational reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage escalations and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Solid communication and team-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced operations environment.
- Experience in device/equipment recovery or asset collection will be an added advantage.
