The Latest Label, a luxury womens fashion brand, is looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist / Executive to manage and scale performance marketing campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns.
* Manage campaign budgets, targeting, retargeting, and scaling.
* Monitor ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversion performance.
* Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and ad copies.
* Analyze campaign performance and implement optimization strategies.
* Coordinate with the Creative and Brand teams to develop high-performing campaigns.
* Manage Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, custom audiences, and retargeting.
Requirements
* 2+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads / Performance Marketing.
* Strong experience with E-commerce or D2C brands; fashion industry experience preferred.
* Robust analytical and performance-driven approach.
* Proven experience in campaign optimization and scaling.
