Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced AGM - Performance Marketing Inside Sales to lead digital lead generation, performance marketing and inside sales across four business divisions.

The role will own Meta Ads, Google Ads and other digital acquisition channels, with responsibility for generating qualified leads, optimizing campaign performance, improving lead conversion and driving measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing Lead Generation

- - Plan, execute and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns across business divisions.
- Drive qualified leads through paid digital campaigns and other relevant channels.
- Manage campaign budgets, CPL, lead quality, conversion and ROI.
- Develop and optimize audiences, creatives, landing pages and lead-generation campaigns.
- Continuously test and improve campaign performance based on data and business requirements.

Inside Sales Lead Conversion

- - Lead and manage the Inside Sales team handling inbound and digitally generated leads.
- Establish lead qualification, calling, follow-up and lead nurturing processes.
- Improve lead-to-prospect and opportunity-to-closure conversion.
- Coordinate with regional sales teams for effective lead handover and closure.

Business Sales Coordination

- - Work with Business and Regional Sales Heads across AAC Blocks, Panels Precast and Construction Chemicals to define campaign priorities.
- Align digital campaigns with business objectives, target markets and sales requirements.
- Identify new opportunities for digital customer acquisition.

Analytics CRM

- - Track and analyse leads, CPL, campaign ROI,



conversion rates, pipeline and closures.
- Ensure effective CRM-based lead tracking and follow-up.
- Prepare performance dashboards and provide actionable insights to management.

Team Leadership

- - Set targets and KPIs for Performance Marketing and Inside Sales teams.
- Coach the team and improve productivity and conversion.
- Establish SOPs for lead management, qualification and sales handover.

Required Qualifications

- - MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent preferred.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Inside Sales or Lead Generation.
- Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads is mandatory.
- Experience managing digital marketing budgets and performance metrics.

Experience Industry Background

- - Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales environments.
- Experience in managing Performance Marketing and/or Inside Sales teams.
- Experience in Building Materials, Construction, Infrastructure, Real Estate or related industries will be an advantage.
