Job description
We are seeking a proactive & self motivated Technical sales coordinator to join our energetic team. The Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our sales representatives and ensuring smooth operations of sales operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist sales team with technical details of the order. Good understanding of electrical and electronics basics.
- Coordinate communication between sales representatives and customers, and other internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and updated customer information in the CRM system.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- Preference for candidates from electrical industry.
- Hindi will be an added advantage
