Job Responsibility:
- Identify, attract, and engage Non-IT professionals for roles such as CSR, etc.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies.
- Use job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking to build a solid talent pipeline.
- Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) records and update candidate information.
- Develop long-term connections with candidates and clients to support future hiring needs.
Must Have:
- Should have working experience with direct clients.
- Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.
- Knowledgeable about different US work Visas like H1B, E3, and TN.
- Familiarity with different US Tax terms is required (1099/W2/Corp-Corp)
- Strong understanding of technical requirements.
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Should have experience in bulk hiring for CSR Roles.
