- MBA / post-graduate degree preferred.
- 8 -12 years HR operations; 5+ years managing complex GBS/SSC delivery.

Job responsibility

- Service delivery management across multiple process towers
- Accountable for end to end HR Admin service delivery across multiple geographies/markets
- Own P&L; accountability for HR Admin tower headcount, attrition, cost per transaction
- Drive transformation initiatives automation, AI deployment, process re-engineering
- Manage Client stakeholder relationships Lead quarterly business reviews and governance forums Partner with Client Global Process Owners on process design and SLA frameworks
- Develop and execute talent strategy for the HR Admin tower .

Skill Set

- Senior operations management multi-site, multi-country
- Workday HCM ability to advise on configuration, integration, and roadmap ServiceNow HRSD programme governance and service design Financial acumen tower P&L;, cost modelling
