JOB DESCRIPTION SALES COORDINATOR

Position: Sales Coordinator

ROLE PURPOSE
To support the sales team in managing customer requirements, sales orders, documentation, follow-ups, and coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely order execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Coordination:

- Coordinate with the sales team and customers regarding orders, requirements, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
- Follow up with customers for order confirmation, payments, and pending requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales orders, customer details, and order status.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Dispatch, Accounts, and Logistics teams for timely order execution.
- Track order processing, dispatches, and deliveries and update customers accordingly.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and MIS as required.




- Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution of sales-related issues.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing customers and support the sales team in business development activities.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Qualification: Graduate; BBA/MBA in Sales & Marketing will be preferred.
- Experience:1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Support / Customer Coordination.
- Experience in Electronics, Consumer Electronics, Mobile Accessories, or Manufacturing industry will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and tasks efficiently.
