NSquare Xperts is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Associate Vice President (AVP) to join our leadership team and drive business growth, revenue, strategy, and organizational performance.

Location: Kharadi, Pune

Key Responsibilities

* Own and drive overall business growth, revenue, and profitability.

* Develop and execute strategic business and growth plans.

* Lead senior teams and ensure strong accountability through KPIs.

* Manage P&L;, budgets, forecasting, and business performance.

* Drive sales, business development, strategic partnerships, and new revenue channels.

* Identify new markets, products, and expansion opportunities.

* Build scalable processes and improve operational efficiency.

* Work closely with founders and senior leadership on key business decisions.

* Analyze business metrics and take corrective actions to achieve targets.

What Were Looking For

* 7+ years of professional experience, with significant leadership experience.





* Proven track record in revenue growth and business management.

* Solid experience in Sales, Business Development, Strategy, or Operations.

* Experience managing senior teams and cross-functional functions.

* Strong understanding of P&L;, KPIs, financial planning, and business analytics.

* Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.

* EdTech industry experience is preferred.

* Startup / SaaS / Technology experience will be an added advantage.

* MBA / PGDM preferred.
