Role Objective

- Underwrite risk and manage Group Health portfolio as per company guidelines.
- Analyse risk and decide premiums for group health insurance proposals.
- Monitor portfolio performance regularly to keep loss ratio in control.
- Handle booking, endorsements, data management, analytics, and compliance.
- Work closely with new-age brokers like Plum and Onsurity for scheme servicing.
- Ensure timely query resolution and TAT-bound approvals.
- Conduct portfolio analysis and prepare presentations for client pitching.




- Create analytical reports and presentations for senior management review.
- Demonstrate solid problem-solving, relationship management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Collaborate effectively and remain resultoriented with strong soft skills.
