Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
- Oversee mobile sales team to achieve targets and provide excellent customer experience.
- Ensure efficient use of resources, maintain high standards of visual merchandising, and implement effective loss prevention measures.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 5-6 years of experience in consumer electronics & appliances industry with a focus on retail operations or mobile sales.
- Solid knowledge of Apple products (iPhones, iPads) as well as other brands like Samsung etc. .
- Proven track record in managing teams effectively to meet sales targets through excellent communication skills.
