- Supervise daily production activities and ensure smooth shift operations.
- Achieve production targets while controlling scrap, defects, and rejections.
- Manage and guide a team of operators and technicians during the shift.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and planning teams to meet production goals.
- Monitor manpower utilization, productivity, and shop-floor discipline.
- Prepare shift reports and maintain production records in SAP/MS Office.
- Resolve production issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and effective working environment.
