Role & responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, desktop/laptop hardware and software issues.
- Handle Active Directory, O365/Microsoft 365, Outlook and MS Teams issues.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, printers and peripheral devices.
- Manage incidents and service requests through ITSM/ticketing tools.
- Provide remote support using remote assistance tools.
- Support VDI/virtual desktop environments at a basic troubleshooting level.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot operating systems and applications.
- Ensure timely resolution of VIP incidents as per SLA.
- Coordinate with L3, network, security and application teams for complex issues.
- Maintain proper documentation of incidents and resolutions.
- Provide qualified and customer-focused support to VIP users.
