1. Lead the technical delivery of the engineering pod and provide technical direction across development activities.
2. Design and develop scalable applications using React.js, Python and PostgreSQL, including REST API development and integration.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
4. Drive application design, development, integration, testing and deployment activities.
5. Conduct code and design reviews while ensuring adherence to engineering best practices.
6. Identify technical risks, resolve complex issues and ensure the quality, performance, security and maintainability of solutions.
7. Mentor team members and contribute to sprint planning, estimation and other Agile ceremonies.
8. Solid understanding of application architecture, along with excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.Role & responsibilities
