The role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our growing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate brings deep domain knowledge in SaaS or BFSI sales and has a proven ability to build and manage client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Role & responsibilities

- Drive current business development and generate leads across Banking and NBFC segments
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Understand client requirements and position Neurofin AI's solutions effectively
- Collaborate with internal product and delivery teams for seamless onboarding
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of pipeline, forecasts, and client interactions





Preferred candidate profile

- 24 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or BFSI
- Familiarity with AI, Fintech, or enterprise SaaS products
- Existing network in the BFSI ecosystem
- Prior experience selling to CXOs or senior decision-makers in financial institutions
- Strong understanding of the Banking or NBFC landscape
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven with a hunter mentality and ownership mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
- Based in Chennai or willing to relocate
