Your Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of 78 Customer Outreach Executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Monitor team performance across lead conversion, productivity, quality, and revenue contribution
- Conduct regular coaching, feedback sessions, and call audits to improve individual and team performance
- Ensure adherence to calling standards, scripts, and quality benchmarks
- Drive high-quality lead generation and ensure accurate qualification before handover to sales/design teams
- Track key metrics and prepare performance reports, dashboards, and insights
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth lead flow and conversion journey
- Stay updated on market trends, real estate, and interior design insights to guide the team effectively
- Foster a high-performance, accountable,



and positive team culture
- Take ownership of targets in a six-day work environment

Experience & Education

- 4-6 years of experience in outbound sales with at least 12 years in a team handling role
- Proven experience in managing target-driven sales teams
- Strong leadership, coaching, Attrition and team and management skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Solid understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification, Team productivity and efficiency levels and conversion metrics
- Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvements
