Job Role : US IT Recruiter

Exp Range : 8 15 years

Location : Hyderabad

Job Responsibilities:

- Receive and understand IT requirements through an MSP/VMS (Vendor Management System).
- Review job descriptions, required skills, experience, work location, shift, contract duration, and submission deadlines.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, internal databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Search for candidates using Boolean search strings and targeted keyword combinations.
- Screen candidates for technical skills, relevant experience, communication skills, availability, location, and compensation.
- Verify work authorization and employment type according to the client's requirements.
- Discuss and negotiate pay rates, bill rates, and contract terms within company guidelines.
- Obtain candidate consent/right-to-represent documentation when required.
- Submit qualified candidates through systems such as Fieldglass, Beeline, Workday, or other VMS platforms, depending on the client.
- Track candidate submissions, interview requests, feedback, offers, and onboarding status.
- Follow up with MSPs, vendors, hiring managers, and candidates to keep requirements moving.
