Job Title: SQE- Supplier Quality
Experience: 1 to 3yrs
Qualification : Diploma / B.E. Mechanical / B. Tec / Automobile Engineering

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Conduct Supplier Quality Audits / SEA
- Evaluate and approve current suppliers
- Monitor supplier quality performance and PPM
- Review PFMEA, Control Plan, PFD and inspection standards
- Handle PPAP / part approval
- Verify process capability and quality controls
- Conduct supplier process audits
- Handle supplier quality complaints
- Coordinate 8D / RCA / CAPA
- Ensure corrective actions are implemented at supplier end
- Monitor 4M changes
- Develop and improve poor-performing suppliers
- Support new part/source development
- Follow up on supplier rejection, conditional acceptance and line issues
- Prepare supplier performance reports
