Package Engineer Boiler / EPC Projects

Role Summary
Responsible for supporting end-to-end execution of assigned packages such as Boiler Structure, Pressure Parts, Non-Pressure Parts and BOIs, ensuring timely engineering, procurement, manufacturing, dispatch and site execution in line with project schedule, quality and cost requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Vendors and Site teams for smooth package execution.
- Track engineering deliverables, material availability, manufacturing clearances, inspections, dispatches and site progress.
- Follow up with vendors for drawings, QAPs, technical documents,



manufacturing schedules and dispatch commitments.
- Identify execution bottlenecks and support timely resolution of technical and interface issues.
- Monitor vendor performance against contractual milestones and technical requirements.
- Support package-level cost tracking, billing, vendor invoice processing and commercial documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders for approvals and technical clearances.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality requirements, safety standards and project procedures.
- Maintain package progress reports, inspection records, NCRs and corrective-action documentation.
