Job Description

We are hiring a hands-on Java Full Stack Developer to build secure, scalable, high-performing enterprise applications. You will own features end to end, from design and development to debugging and production support, while mentoring junior developers and promoting engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular or React
- Build REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka
- Design SQL Server data models and optimize query performance
- Build secure, scalable applications that follow WCAG accessibility standards
- Take part in QA activities, defect triage, and code reviews
- Mentor junior developers and promote best practices
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment with 2-week sprints

Required Skills





- 6+ years in full stack development, with 6+ years in Java and Spring Boot
- 5+ years in Angular or React, with strong Core JavaScript (ES6+)
- 3+ years in microservices and distributed systems
- Hands-on knowledge of Apache Kafka or similar event streaming platforms
- 3+ years in SQL Server (data modeling, query optimization, performance tuning)
- 3+ years in REST API development and integration patterns
- Git, Maven or Gradle, Jenkins or GitHub Actions
- Docker, and AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Positive communication skills

Good to Have

- Healthcare domain experience

Education: B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent
