Role Overview:

Avis Hospitals is looking for Field Marketing Executives to drive local healthcare outreach and coordinate medical camps, community engagement activities, and local marketing initiatives in the assigned territory.

The role involves identifying opportunities for medical camps, coordinating with local stakeholders, managing on-ground execution, and working closely with hospital and counselling teams to generate patient enquiries and strengthen the hospital's presence in the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute medical camps and healthcare outreach activities across the assigned territory.
- Identify and develop relationships with corporates, residential communities, associations, NGOs, local organizations, and other relevant institutions for camp opportunities.
- Coordinate with doctors, hospital teams, vendors, and local partners to ensure smooth camp execution.
- Manage camp logistics, branding, promotional activities, materials, and on-ground arrangements.
- Conduct local market activities to increase awareness of Avis Hospitals and its healthcare services.
- Generate and track patient enquiries and leads through camps and field activities.




- Coordinate with the Patient Counselling / Hospital teams for timely follow-up of leads generated through camps.
- Maintain records of camps conducted, participation, enquiries, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Identify current locations and opportunities for community outreach and healthcare marketing.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory as required.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

- 1-4 years of experience in Hospital Marketing, Healthcare Marketing, Medical Camps, Community Outreach, Field Marketing, Pharma, Medical Representative roles, or Healthcare Business Development.
- Experience in organizing or coordinating medical camps / health camps will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, networking, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with field work and extensive travel.
- Ability to independently coordinate multiple activities and stakeholders.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach to field marketing and lead generation.
- Candidates with experience in hospital or healthcare sales & marketing are preferred.
