What Youll Own

Liability Raising, Lender Coverage
• Build relationships with Banks, NBFCs, DFIs & debt funds
• Lead end-to-end borrowing (origination closure drawdown)
• Optimise cost, tenure and funding mix.

Treasury, Liquidity, ALM
• Cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning
• ALM, maturity gaps and funding strategy
• Drive ALCO discussions amp; reporting

Institutional Partnerships
• Structure and execute co-lending + BC partnerships
• Convert partnerships into active deal pipelines

Blended Finance and DFI Capital
• Work with DFIs, climate funds amp; multilateral institutions
• Structure guarantees, first-loss and concessional capital

Ratings and Governance
• Manage rating agencies and lender reporting
• Monitor covenants andensure compliance

Who We’re Looking For
10–14 years in NBFC / HFC / lending ecosystem
Proven track record in raising institutional capital
Solid understanding of ALM, liquidity and NBFC balance sheets
Experience in co-lending / structured finance/partnerships
Exposure to DFIs / climate finance (big plus)
CA / MBA Finance / CFA preferred
