Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management Functional Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management Functional Consultant with strong implementation experience across Oracle Fusion Order Management. The candidate should have hands-on experience throughout the implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, FBDI/data migration, integrations, performance considerations, deployment, and post-production support.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead requirements gathering and elicitation with business stakeholders.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and translate business requirements into Oracle Fusion Order Management solutions.
- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Order Management.
- Participate in at least two full life cycle implementations.
- Design functional solutions for complex business requirements.
- Lead functional and integration testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
- Provide post-production support and troubleshoot functional issues.
- Perform/support data migration using FBDI.
- Design solutions for very high transaction volumes.




- Participate in performance testing and identify potential performance bottlenecks.
- Design and deliver solutions in highly integrated application landscapes.
- Work with technical teams on integration requirements and functional specifications.
- Support integrations with:
- E-Commerce portals
- Part Catalogs
- Suppliers and Customers
- Trading Partners
- EDI

- Prepare functional specifications, process flows, test scenarios, and implementation documentation.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Integration, and Technical teams.

Mandatory Skills

- Minimum 5 years of Oracle Cloud/Fusion Order Management implementation experience.
- At least 2 full life cycle implementations.
- Strong hands-on Order Management configuration experience.
- Solid requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis experience.
- Experience with FBDI and data migration.
- Experience designing solutions for high-volume transaction environments.
- Understanding of performance testing and performance optimization.
- Experience with complex integrations.
- Experience with EDI, E-Commerce, suppliers, customers, and trading partners.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
