Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Portfolio Analytics

- Conduct internet and market research on course-related topics, industry trends and curriculum changes.
- Evaluate and organize market data to develop competitive benchmarks and comparisons.
- Support market research activities and analyse findings to identify product improvements.
- Present relevant research findings to Portfolio Managers.

Strategic Documentation & Coordination

- Prepare, organize and track documents for Strategy Meetings, Production Launches and Digital Road Mapping.
- Support Portfolio Business Plans and product proposals.
- Maintain tracking systems for editorial content and project milestones.
- Maintain an author talent database.
- Coordinate logistics for team meetings.

Operations & Author Relations

- Act as a point of contact for Author Relations inquiries and contract-processing requests.
- Support operational activities including viewing processes, invoice processing and budget tracking.
- Assist with basic Profit & Loss (P&L;) proposal preparation.
- Maintain accurate product, project and customer databases.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and reduce project risks.

Marketing, Sales & Customer Escalations

- Provide accurate product information through Product Marketing Forms.
- Respond to priority requests from Sales,



Marketing and Customer Support teams.
- Manage customer support issues through the JIRA ESCAL system.
- Coordinate with product teams to resolve customer escalations.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent practical experience preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in market research, business analysis, portfolio support or publishing operations.
- Robust market research and analytical skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Database management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong written and interpersonal communication.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to independently manage projects through completion.
- JIRA, CRM systems, Power BI or AI research tools experience is an advantage.
