We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Store Assistant to oversee and manage daily store operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, expertise in inventory control, and a solid background in vendor coordination and store compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
2) Manage and supervise store staff, including shift scheduling, task allocation, and conducting performance evaluations.
3) Maintain optimal inventory levels, including timely ordering, stock monitoring, and control of materials.
4) Ensure the store complies with all health, safety, and operational regulations.
5) Prepare and present regular inventory reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
6) Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to track and ensure the timely delivery of materials and stock.

Handle BOP parts and follow up on subcontracting parts to support production requirements.
8) Ability to multitask effectively and manage workload under pressure, especially during peak operational hours.

Qualifications & Experience:
