Level - TL (2 years on Paper as a TL) Transition experience Mandatory

Minimum Experience 6 years in P&C; with TL experience of minimum 2 years on papers

Should have experience in client handling and Team management.

CTC - MAX 10 LPA (Depends on the current CTC)

- 6-11 years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance, preferably in Team Handling role.

- Robust understanding of US Insurance industry practices and regulations.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
