IT Support & Admin Executive Nitro Commerce
- Provide day-to-day IT support to employees and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
- Handle laptop setup, configuration, software installation, access creation and device allocation.
- Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers and basic network troubleshooting.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, device records and software licences.
- Manage employee IT onboarding/offboarding, including access provisioning and asset recovery.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement, repairs and maintenance.
- Support office IT infrastructure, peripherals and meeting-room equipment.
- Maintain basic IT documentation, security protocols and SOPs.
- Work closely with HR & Admin for employee and office infrastructure requirements.
