Key Responsibilities:

- Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to improve search ability and viewer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to produce compelling video content.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest YouTube trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our channel remains competitive.
- Manage the YouTube content calendar, ensuring a consistent upload schedule.
- Engage with our YouTube community, responding to comments and fostering a positive online presence.
- Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to enhance video visibility.

Qualifications:





- Proven experience as a YouTube Expert, YouTube Manager, or similar role.
- Robust portfolio of successful YouTube channel management and video content creation.
- Deep understanding of YouTubes algorithm, SEO, and analytics.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Canva).
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Creative mindset with a passion for education and technology.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.
