Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Compensation

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Expected to work during UK business hours.
- Hands-on experience in SAP SF Compensation Variable Pay.
- Robust understanding of compensation and Variable Pay processes.
- Excellent communication skills and able to work directly with client users.
- Knowledge of SF EC; prior experience in support is advantageous.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Configure and maintain Compensation Variable Pay module.
- Provide L2/L3 support and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with HR and integration teams. - Ensure smooth execution of compensation cycles.
- Configure **SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, Variable Pay, and Total Compensation** templates, eligibility rules, budgets, guidelines, and workflows.
- Design and manage **bonus plans**, proration logic, and business goal mapping for incentive programs.
- Configure compensation worksheets, statements, and executive review processes.




- Template Provisioning Advanced configuration of Compensation and Variable Pay templates via Provisioning.
- Route Maps Designing workflow approval steps for compensation cycles.
- Rating Sources Linking performance management forms and objective schemas to compensation.
- Eligibility Rules Building business rules to filter employee inclusion.
- Guideline Matrix Setting up matrices based on performance, country, and ratio.
- Custom Fields Creating calculated columns using conditional logic (IF/THEN/ELSE).
- Comp Functions Utilizing functions like toNumber, lookup, and date formulas
- Currency Conversion Managing multi-currency tables and conversion rate dates.
- Budgeting Logic Designing budget groups based on custom roll-up hierarchies.
