Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide technical support to end-users for desktop hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex desktop problems, including hardware failures and software malfunctions.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems on desktops and laptops.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify root causes of recurring issues and implement solutions.

Job Requirements :

- 1-3 years of experience in desktop engineering or related field.
- Robust knowledge of desktop troubleshooting techniques and best practices.
- Proficiency in installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows Server operating systems.
