Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks for web and API applications.
- Create robust and reusable automated test scripts using Java, C#, and Python.
- Develop and execute functional, regression, smoke, and integration test suites.
- Implement the Page Object Model (POM), Data-Driven, Hybrid, and BDD frameworks.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams for resolution.
- Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum activities including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Prepare and maintain test documentation, defect reports, and automation metrics.
- Ensure quality standards and best practices are followed throughout the SDLC.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver.
- Proficiency in Java, C#, and/or Python.
- Experience with automation frameworks using:
- TestNG / JUnit (Java)
- NUnit (C#)
- PyTest (Python)

- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.




- Expertise in framework development using:

- Page Object Model (POM)
- Data-Driven Framework
- Hybrid Framework
- BDD Framework (Cucumber/SpecFlow)

- Experience with source control tools such as Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket.
- Knowledge of build tools such as Maven, Gradle, and MSBuild.
- Experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Valuable understanding of SQL and database testing.

API Testing Skills

- Strong experience in API Testing using:
- Postman
- Rest Assured (Java)
- Python Requests Library

- Understanding of REST API concepts, JSON, XML, and Swagger/OpenAPI.

CI/CD & DevOps

- Experience integrating automation suites with:
- Jenkins
- Azure DevOps
- GitHub Actions

- Understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Testing practices.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in mobile automation using Appium.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter.
- Familiarity with Docker and containerized test execution.
- ISTQB Certification is an added advantage.
